1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all cities of Pakistan, including
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad and all other regions.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within:

24–48 hours (1–2 working days)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after order dispatch:

Major Cities: 2–5 working days

Other Areas: 4–7 working days

Remote Villages: 5–10 working days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather issues, courier delays, or seasonal rush.
4. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 180–250 (Depends on product size/weight)

Heavy items may have additional charges (shown at checkout).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via:

Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or courier link so you can check your parcel status anytime.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the customer does not respond or is unavailable:

8. Wrong Address / Incomplete Details
Please enter your address carefully.
Wrong or incomplete addresses may cause delays or order cancellation.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged:

We will help you with replacement or compensation (case-to-case basis).
Courier-side losses will be handled as per courier company rules.
